CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-25 <br /> Reis <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-25 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on June 5, 1997, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on December 5, 1998, which Is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact: Jim Van Buren, 468-2374) <br /> a. A Notice of Lot Line Adjustment shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Contact: Bill Marchese, 468-3445) <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (Development Title Section 9-1115.4[e]). All agricultural wells shall have <br /> agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, <br /> but not less than six inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4-inch slits <br /> extending six inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other, or a backflow <br /> device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> i <br />
