Other ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> C'L recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> 611 by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) under permit <br /> 0�- and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: Eliminate existing <br /> cross connection from the well to the standpipe on irrigation <br /> well on parcel 2 . <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel 2 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> f. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcel 2 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> A twision of San Joaquin County Ilcalth Care Smices 10 <br />
