Live Oak searched both databases on May 4, 2013 for any listed sites within one- quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, and no listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site. 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated July . , 21, 2011, for surrounding facilities of concern. No listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile of the Site. Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Four nearby wells were identified at addresses located within approximately one mile of the Site. All of the wells had been tested for DBCP; it was not detected in any of the wells. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for DBCP is 0.2 µg/L. Nitrate as NO3 was detected in all four wells at concentrations of 14.0 to 18.0 parts per million (ppm). The MCL for nitrate as NO3 is 45 ppm. 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical use reports were identified for the Site under the name of Chiappe Farms. According to these records, the Site was used to grow alfalfa, tomatoes, wheat, corn, and oats from 2008 through the present. No violations were identified. The chemical use reports and a table summarizing the products applied to the Site are included in Appendix 5 of this report. 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online 3 Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on May 4, 2013 for mapped oil or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site.
