<br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE INVESTIGATION REPORT:
<br /> GB 9.28-10 10:30 am. Received Cal-EMA spill report 10-5826 documenting the leak. Arrived on site at 11:30 am.
<br /> California Fish and Game and SJC Channel Maintenance arrived at the scene at the same time. I documented the
<br /> scene with photographs. A mobile irrigation motor and pump was parked on the north side of Little John Creek. A
<br /> 5 x 4 feet dark stain of oil and fuel was present below the unit on the soil. The motor and supports were wet with
<br /> oily liquid. David Drum stated that the stain has been present for at least two months. Matt Gill tried to track the
<br /> unit's owner by the license plate without success. Matt Gill took samples of the stained soil. I gave the property
<br /> owner contact address to Matt Gill. No one was at the property to question regarding this spill. The property is
<br /> farm land currently cultivated in tomatoes.
