CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800213 (LA) <br /> HERMAN BOONE/DILLON&MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1800213 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 31,2018,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on May 1, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Frank Girardi [209]468-8469) <br /> a. APPROVAL:This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated August 17, 2018. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
