State Route 4 Highway, Farmington <br /> The Environmental Health Department recommends approval of the proposed lot line adjustment <br /> providing the following San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements are met prior to <br /> recordation of the deed or record of survey: <br /> A. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County- Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> B. All lots may not meet minimum setback from Duck Creek for any new proposed septic <br /> systems or repairs. <br />
