These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to acceptance of the application (Sari Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$46S.00 most be paid at time ol-submitial to the Environmental I lealth Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of Sari Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual I-or onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit 1ee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has knowledge in the Delta islands that this applicant will to have to provide a package treatment plan in order to address the additional waste loads that would be generated from this project. 13. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on. or used as a storage area. This leach field area must he used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). C. Obtain discharge requirement.,; from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280).
