These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage. This must be performed prior to acceptance of the application (Sari Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a <br /> review fee of$46S.00 most be paid at time ol-submitial to the Environmental I lealth <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of Sari Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual I-or onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit 1ee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department has knowledge in the Delta islands that this <br /> applicant will to have to provide a package treatment plan in order to address the <br /> additional waste loads that would be generated from this project. <br /> 13. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on. or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must he used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> C. Obtain discharge requirement.,; from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br />
