Chandler Martin -2 <br /> - <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-05-191 (SA) <br /> Upon approval of the requirement above,the following conditions of approval shall apply: <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$198.98 per additional daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 2. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 3. The fuel tank anchoring system(foundation support system)shall be designed and certified by a registered <br /> civil engineer to resist flotation in its empty state and to withstand the hydrostatic and hydrodynamic flood <br /> forces during the 100-year flood event. Certified calculations shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works for review,prior to project approval. <br /> 4. The tank shall have watertight seal on all tank openings such as fill caps and vents and shall be labeled <br /> according to contents. <br /> 5.
