Parcel No. 1 is to contain 4 acres and Parcel <br /> No. 2 is to contain 16 acres . See the attached "Field Percolation Data Sheet" and <br /> "Parcel Map" as well as the text of this report for specific <br /> soil layer , character and location details . <br /> Well Water Analysis : See the attached three (3 ) "FGL Environmental " <br /> letters , all dated October 1 , 1992 , as well as the text of <br /> this study report . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : Effluent is recommended to be discharged into <br /> 10 . 000 square feet minimum usable disposal areas for both <br /> Parcel Nos . 1 and 2 to accommodate subsurface horizontal <br /> leaching fields . However because of the clayey nature of the <br /> soil encountered at the easterly boundary of the twenty (20) <br /> acre parcel , careful note of the soil character and nature <br /> should be taken at the time of construction at the specific <br /> site selected for a planned septic system. <br />
