Garnero Road, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On August 23, 2000, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department denied LA- <br /> 99-63. <br /> Section 9-872.2(b) requires that the application approval not result in an encroachment into, but not <br /> limited to, any public easement, right-of-way, required yard, or required area for wells, septic tanks, or <br /> leach fields. In a memo dated November 17, 1999, the Environmental Health Division recommended <br /> denial of this application because records indicated that leach lines cross the proposed property line for <br /> Parcel 1. The project map submitted by your surveyor, Monte Seibel, places the leach lines in the central <br /> portion of the parcel. The Community Development Department and the Environmental Health Division <br /> have tried several times to work with you to allow you to prove the exact location of the leach fields, which <br /> to this date Ms. Augusto has not been able to do. We feel that ample time has been provided to the <br /> applicants to sort out the issues involved with this application.
