In addition,this <br /> report includes information regarding applicable regulatory requirements and the results of our <br /> survey of the public areas of the facility with regard to compliance with Title III of the <br /> Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990(ADA)and the California"Universal Design'and <br /> Accessibility Code. <br /> PROJECT INFORMATION <br /> Location of Property: <br /> The subject property is located at 17365 -17401 West Commerce Way in Tracy, San Joaquin <br /> County,California. The property is situated near the intersection of Interstate 580 and Mountain <br /> House Parkway on the west side of Tracy, California. This property is located approximately 3 <br /> miles southeast of the intersection of Interstate 205 and Interstate 580 in southeastern San <br /> Joaquin County and is located approximately 40 miles southeast of the Oakland International <br /> Airport. <br /> Date of Original Construction: <br /> According to San Joaquin County records, the original Certificate of Occupancy for the shell <br /> building and original tenant finish(Bunzl California)was dated August 23, 1999 and issued to <br /> the developer Security Capital Industrial Trust,which is now called ProLogis. The second <br /> tenant(enXco), obtained a Certificate of Occupancy dated October 12, 2001. <br /> Dates of Renovations/Additions: <br /> 2001 -Interior office improvements for Enxco. <br /> Date of Site Visit: <br /> January 21,2005 <br /> Site Visit Weather Conditions: <br /> Cloudy with a high temperature of 60° F. <br /> Evaluation Team: <br /> Rebecca L.
