3.2.1 Date and Time of Inspection <br /> SECOR performed the site inspection on January 19, 2005. Weather conditions during <br /> the inspection were overcast with light rain, and the temperature was in the mid-50s. <br /> 3.3 SITE INSPECTION METHODOLOGIES <br /> 3.3.1 Individuals Conducting Site Inspection <br /> Ms. Christine Denison conducted the site inspection. <br /> 3.3.2 Site Representatives Present During the Inspection <br /> Mr. Kamran Shokraii, warehouse/transportation manager for Bunzl, and Mr. Chris <br /> Deprater, purchasing supervisor for EnXco, were present during the site visits of their <br /> respective companies and provided SECOR with information relative to site operations <br /> and site history. <br /> 3.3.3 Description of the Inspection Process <br /> The SECOR site inspection included the visual inspection of the interior areas of all <br /> buildings and/or structures located on the subject property, visual observation of all <br /> accessible exterior areas of the subject property, a visual observation of all abutting <br /> and/or adjacent properties from the respective property boundaries, interviews with site <br /> management personnel and knowledgeable representatives of major occupants, and <br /> observations of surface water and stormwater discharge patterns across the subject <br /> property. <br /> 3.4 SITE INTERVIEWS <br /> Ms. Kathy Tani, Property Manager for ProLogis, was interviewed regarding the past uses of the <br /> subject property. SECOR was informed that there have been no renovations or additions to site <br /> structures since construction in 1998, and that prior to construction, the subject property was <br /> undeveloped land. <br /> Mr. Kamran Shokraii, Warehouse/Transportation Manager for Bunzl, was interviewed regarding <br /> past releases or recognized environmental concerns ("RECs") at his facility. Mr. Shokraii <br /> advised that no hazardous materials are stored or used on-site, and that he was unaware of any <br /> past releases or RECs at his facility. <br /> Mr. Chris Deprater, Purchasing Supervisor for EnXco, was interviewed regarding past releases <br /> or RECs at his facility. Mr. Deprater advised that there have been no past releases or RECs at <br /> his facility. <br /> 3.5 SITE OBSERVATIONS <br /> At the time of SECOR's site reconnaissance, the subject property was occupied by two tenants, <br /> Bunzl, and EnXco. <br /> Final ESA Report-30090.009-Tracy CA.doc 6 SECOR International Incorporated <br /> April 14,2005 <br />
