• The 1973 and 1983 photographs showed properties in the area to be generally in use for <br /> row crop production or pasture land. A trucking facility was visible near the intersection <br /> of Schulte Road and Patterson Pass Road, approximately one-quarter mile west of the <br /> subject property. <br /> No evidence of recognized environmental conditions on the subject property was observed in <br /> the aerial photographs. <br /> 4.4 SANBORN FIRE INSURANCE MAPS <br /> Sanborn Fire Insurance maps were not available for the subject property area. <br /> 4.5 CITY DIRECTORIES <br /> Criss-Cross City Directories were not available for the subject property area. <br /> 4.6 LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT RECORDS <br /> The San Joaquin County Building Department was contacted in January 2005 by SECOR with <br /> regard to pertinent building permits on file regarding the subject property. According to a <br /> representative of the building department, permits for the subject property date from 1998 (site <br /> approval) to the present. The earliest permit for building construction at the subject property <br /> was finalized in 1998. No permits were on record for the subject property address prior to 1998. <br /> 4.7 OTHER HISTORICAL DATA SOURCES <br /> A historical United States Geologic Survey (USGS) topographic map dated 1953 (photorevised <br /> 1980) for the Midway, California quadrangle was reviewed by SECOR. No features indicative of <br /> recognized environmental conditions were reported on the map with regard to the subject <br /> property and/or adjacent properties. <br /> 4.8 GENERAL HISTORY OF AREA <br /> Based on the historical data sources described above, the vicinity of the subject property <br /> appears to have been primarily undeveloped or agricultural land until the late 1990s. <br /> 4.9 PREVIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES <br /> In addition to the 1993 Phase I ESA report prepared by SWL, the following reports covering the <br /> subject property and adjacent sites were provided for SECOR's review: <br /> • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of Patterson Pass Business Park, Building #7, <br /> 25520 Schulte Court, Tracy, California, prepared by SECOR, March 9, 2001. <br /> • Summary of Environmental Assessment of Lots 15 through 18, Patterson Pass Business <br /> Park, Tracy, California, prepared by SECOR, September 5, 1996. <br /> Final ESA Report-30096.009-Tracy CA.doc 13 SECOR International Incorporated <br /> April 14,2005 <br />
