In your comments dated 6-9-2005. The following comments were mentioned <br /> and we have responded based on our telephone conversation and those comments. <br /> Our response is as follows: <br /> Section 1.1 - Building 5 is the subject of the first report,but not building 6. <br /> Response: Per our phone conversation it was agreed that it was okay <br /> to leave the Building reports separate with this cover letter stamped <br /> by a civil engineer. <br /> Section 1.2 - Include the assessor's number is missing from the report <br /> Response: The assessor's number is 209420-23. <br /> Section 5.2 - The report dated February 14a' referencing 17365 Commerce is <br /> difficult to follow. Use this checklist. <br /> Response: Below is checklist and areas in report that conform to checklist. Kier <br /> and Wright as the civil engineer on project reviewed report and <br /> checked conformance to County checklist as follows: <br /> 1.1-Report Section 3.2 <br /> 1.2-There is no proposed development all is existing, but existing <br /> development is described. <br /> 13-Figure 1 <br /> 1.4-Figure 2 <br /> 2.1-Section 4.0 <br /> 3.1-Section 2.2 <br /> 3.2-Section 3.5 and Section 4.0 <br /> 1233 Quarry Lane, Suite 145 .
