The business will have 30 days to complete <br /> the HMMP once a hazardous material arrives on site. <br /> If the agricultural processing-preparation services operation intends to use an extremely hazardous <br /> substance (chlorine, ammonia, etc.) at or above threshold quantities, then a Risk Management Plan <br /> will be required before operations begin. <br /> Please contact me at(209)468-3969 if you have any questions. <br /> DF/hld <br />
