Our intention is to have our student/trainees build a single-family residence on each parcel, and then to sell the houses to low-income, first-time homebuyers. We have submitted a Minor Subdivision and the required support materials, except for the Contamination Report. As 1 mentioned to you,Kleinfelder Associates is preparing the Report but will not be finished for another two weeks. 1 prefer not wait two weeks to submit the application because our next class is scheduled to start at the end of February. Be assured, however, that we will submit the Contamination Report before action is taken on the application. i am asking Environmental Health to allow the application process to begin at New Prqject Review on February 5, 2002,without waiting for the Report. The subject parcel is 12,000 square feet. We propose to create to 6,000 square-foot lots, each with public road frontage and public services for sewer, water and drainage. The site now contains a house and septic tank that will be demolished tinder permit and inspection prior to County action on the Minor Subdivision. The APN is 157-343-02. A copy of the proposed tentative map is included with this fax. The neighborhood is part of an old residential subdivision. The subject parcel and the surrounding properties have been in residential use for many years. The exception is the railroad line on the north side of Myrtle Avenue.
