Upon further development, should San Joaquin County require this site to be served by City <br /> of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with <br /> the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a <br /> deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay <br /> the applicable fees. Further,the owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved <br /> in the extension of any sewer mains to serve this project, as required,to meet City standards. <br /> This may include the extension of the sewer main across the entire frontage of the property. <br /> 2.
