GER T DAVE E PN - 4 - 2 PA-0400419 (L The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers the following comments as a matter of information for the applicant: 1. Upon further development, should San Joaquin County require this site to be served by City of Stockton Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, and pay the applicable fees. Further,the owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the extension of any sewer mains to serve this project, as required,to meet City standards. This may include the extension of the sewer main across the entire frontage of the property. 2. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications.
