Dedication to result in a twenty-five(25)-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Gillis Road to the <br /> property line shall be required across the frontage of Parcel 1. Structures, fences, landscaping and,any or all obstructions shall be removed from the dedicated right-of- <br /> way, prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 6. Drainage from the improved portion of each parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch <br /> maximum depth). Drainage for each pond shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, an architect,or <br /> a licensed contractor,prior to issuance of the Building Permit. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> aapp)val of the Parcel Map.
