�- 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 63 acre parcel located at <br /> 1651 Gillis Road, Stockton, California. The project is in a farming community and is <br /> surrounded by agricultural land. It is zoned AG-40. The project parcel number is <br /> APN 173-300-08. There is one homesite on the property. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to <br /> create a homesite parcel of 2.71 acres and the rest of the 63 acre parcel is to be a <br /> "designated remainder." <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Raymond and Evie Camera Trust, Etal, has owned the property for more <br /> than 10 years. The past and present use of the property has been an orchard and a homesite. <br /> Future use of the two acre parcel being created will be for homesite purposes, and the rest will <br /> _ continue to be an orchard. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> a 2.71 acre homesite parcel, and a designated remainder. Once the parcel is developed for a <br /> home, a septic system will be required and built based per the San Joaquin County requirements. <br /> .. Permits were researched and illustrate this . <br /> t. <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed an oonsiteI wastewater treatment system permit(#SR0036053), and also a well/pump permit <br /> (#SR0033277). <br /> L3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: No history of septic repair is available for <br /> subject parcel. The system is a newly constructed system. It was constructed on <br /> November 11, 2003, see Permit SR0036053. <br /> .. 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic permits have <br /> been issued for homes in the general area. No history of septic repair is available for subject <br /> ` parcel. See Permit 88-1361. This is the only permit for septic system repair in the general area. <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1962 to 2003.
