k. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of location/placement <br /> as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (2) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-B of the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> Type and size as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. Location/ Placement as directed by <br /> the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (3) Fire Department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. Inspection <br /> of access roads shall be completed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> (4) Fire Department access to property/ building shall be in accordance with 902.4 of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code(Key Boxes). <br /> (5) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Standard 10-1 of <br /> Volume 2. <br /> 2.
