The frontage improvement for Glasscock Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a sixty (60)foot right-of-way rural road. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $914.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Warehouse in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 5. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. All new structures and/or substantial improvements shall be raised one(1)foot above the flood zone of <br /> eight(8)feet NGVD. <br /> 8.
