NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST)list (October 2005), the Water Purveyors Quarterly Report on MTBE(October 2005),and the Spills,Leaks,Investigations, and Cleanups(SLIC)list(1" Quartet 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)'in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release of a tonic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases, and no addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases. 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental HealthDepatrment According to Kimberly Blackwell of the EHD,no files were available for the subject property address 3, _ 7 L of 11330 Golfview Road.' The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List,dated August 5,2005,and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, 1 dated July 20, 2004, were reviewed at the EHD on November 1, 2005. No listed sites were found 3' within one-quarter mile of the subject property. The U.ST Program Facility Inventory by Fadh_*Name, dated April 11,2001,was also searched at the EHD / 11 on November 1, 2005 for the name of Staderoli.
