Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found no <br /> L records for the subject property under the name of John Staderoli (Appendix F). <br /> j 3.1.5 later Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> No water wells or septic systems are located on the subject property. <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on November 2,2005 in an effort to obtain copies Z <br /> of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property; no permits were found for the 3 r <br /> ' subject property. <br /> 3.1.6 Department ofOi! Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> V The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 61110 was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are �• <br /> depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> ho <br /> 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance <br /> Ir A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on October 26,2005. Photographs of <br /> the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is Ci-iJ <br /> attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be a flat,rectangular parcel. The parcel was mostly barren land. <br /> Several trees were located in the northern portion of the parcel. A irrigation/storm water ditch runs <br /> L eastward along the northern side of Morse Road and then crosses the road to run south along the <br /> eastern side of Golfview Road. No water wells or septic systems were located. The ground was tilled <br /> sometime this year to remove the seasonal growth;tillage of the land may cause any soil staining present <br /> L. on the property to be non-detectable. <br /> Two pole-mounted transformers were observed across Golfview Road from the subject property. They (3 S� <br /> 6. were white and appeared relatively new. A blue PCB-free sticker was observed on one transformer. . <br /> A pile of hay bales was observed at the northwest comer of the subject property. <br /> L <br /> Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance.
