REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-95-23/DV-95-3 <br /> Perry <br /> On June 7, 1995, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved MS-95-25 <br /> and DV-95-3 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed below. This approval will expire 36 months <br /> from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a <br /> Parcel Map has been submitted to the County Surveyor for approval. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements <br /> pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance <br /> requirements may apply. <br /> Conditions for Deviation No. DV-95-3: <br /> 1. APPROVED DEVIATION: This Deviation is approved for the following: <br /> (1) Rear yard deviation from 20 feet to 18 feet for Parcel 2 only. <br /> (2) Yard width deviation from 57.5 feet to 50 feet for Parcel 2 only. <br /> (3) Area deviation from 5,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet for Parcel 2 only. <br /> (4) Building coverage intensity deviation from 30 percent to 37.2 percent for Parcel <br /> 2 only. <br /> Conditions for Minor Subdivision No. MS-95-25: <br /> 1. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this <br /> map: <br /> (1) Parcel 1 shall have a minimum lot width of 58 60 feet, measured at the front yard <br /> setback line.
