Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Division requirements. Mr. Seibel discussed <br /> the detention pond/terminal drainage system with staff and asked if the County was <br /> planning on getting involved with the drainage from Peltier Road. Mr. Seibel said that if <br /> he puts in detention ponds that the ponds need to drain and the only place they should <br /> drain is to Gill Creek,but he does not want to impact Gill Creek. Mr.Neely told the <br /> applicant that he would reissue a revision stating that the drainage will be retained on site <br /> per parcel. <br /> s <br /> Mr. Seibel asked if we could treat the plan like any other parcel map, each parcel has its <br /> own retention pond and not get into creating a service area. Mr. Seibel asked if they <br /> could have privately owned individual detention ponds. Mr.Neely indicated that they <br /> could. <br /> Mr. Seibel asked if the street lighting on the intersection o deproposed ld re d to contact private <br /> rad <br /> could be eliminated. Mr. Neely told Mr. Seibel that <br /> Karam regarding the street lighting. <br /> Mr. Seibel asked if Item 11 (traffic signs and makings) could be dropped.
