An <br /> existing 3200 square foot building is to be converted from an <br /> agricultural storage shed to a church. In addition, an existing <br /> garage is to be converted to kitchen and restrooms, and an <br /> existing residence is to be used for the priest. The applicant <br /> has indicated that services are to be held from 10: 00 am to 2 : 00 <br /> pm on Sundays and on other special days. <br /> This site is located on the north side of Grant Line Road, 1250 <br /> feet east of Hansen Road, west of Tracy. <br /> Supplemental Project Description <br /> The applicant shall submit a supplemental project description <br /> with additional information regarding any proposed classes or <br /> schools, special events, gates, signs, and any existing uses. <br /> Plan Review <br /> The Plan shall be revised to correct the following parking lot <br /> design errors: <br /> All driveways shall be designated for one-way or two-way <br /> traffic. One-way drives shall be a minimum of 16 feet wide. <br /> Two-way drives shall be. a minimum° of 25 feet wide. <br /> - Perpendicular parking7 stalls shall be 20-feet long. Compact <br /> spaces and spaces abutting 5-foot wide landscape strips may <br /> be reduced as shown in the Parking and Loading Manual. <br /> If the revised Plan and the supplemental project description are <br /> submitted prior to December 13 , 1996, this item will be scheduled <br /> for the Planning Commission hearing of January 9, 1997 . <br /> After the above issues have been resolved, the Community <br /> Development Department intends to recommend that the Planning <br /> Commission approve this project with the following conditions: <br />
