Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> i <br /> 1.1 A-soil-suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin,..County,Development Title. A nitrate loading study <br /> is required and a review fee of$390.00`must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> The sewage disposal system slallfcomply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption } <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit�;f <br /> fee of $78.00 per percolation,hole.-is-required.- . <br /> 2. State on-revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> 3. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochlaropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory.
