Post-ft'"brand fax transmittal memo 7671 N of pages ►
San Joaquin County ra From
Environmental Health Division '' ' !C"G rl C//
304 Cast Weber Ave, 3`d Floor
Dept
Stockton Ca-95202 p G-iyy/,PUvIi•itL Phone nCZz7;Seip
Attn: Mr. Mike Huggins 9*-3-77 7
Subject: SEPTIC TANK, Ul'-96-6, Building Permit # 9800781 for 1610I W. Grantline Road, Tracy
Construction of above building is complete and ready for occupancy, so we request for sign off from
Public Health Services since we have complied with your requirements as:
I. We have installed septic tanks with leach each lines as per permit issued by the San Joaquin County on
8-6-98 and this has been inspected and approved by County .inspector.
2. As per County's insistence we have prepared and submitted Soil Suitability Study on 2-19-99 in
order to expedite occupancy. There are few points for consideration about the study:
t
It was raining for few days and during the test.
r
Septic permit issued by the County showed water table at 15 :feet. No water was encountered
during septic construction. Had the Study been done in summer it would have passed easily.
Due to heavy rain, water table was expected very high dUring final test.
Due to soil saturation and rain, percolation rate is expected very love which effected the test
E results negatively.
Amount of leach lines installed is much more than required by demand.
Facility will be used very scarcely, mostly for Sunday service generating very low usage oveall
in a month or a year. So potential for impact on water quality is negligible.
I:.xisting septic tank and others in the surrounding areas are leach lines for similar demands.
3. Building is complete and now we need sign off to occupy the building. Congregation is eager to
move in and we feel that we have done what County asked us to do and have followed their
instructions and permits. Please now sign off your portion so we can get occupancy.
4. Attached is Lab report for Nitrate, Nitrite, and DBCP, which are within the limits.
If there is any question please call Paul Bagha at (916) 227-8609, (916) 983-2725
Thanks.
Yours Truly
Paul Bagha
376 North Lexington Drive
FOLSOM, Ca-95630
