EXHIBIT-A <br /> FACILITY OPERATIONS STATEMENT <br /> Gurdwara Gur Nanak Parkash is a Sikh Religious- Place of Worship that is being expanded in order to <br /> meet the needs of the local and regional Sikh American community. Its primary purpose is to provide a <br /> place of worship for the Sikhs residing in and around the Central Valley and Bay area. <br /> - Days of operation: <br /> Although Gurdwara Gur Nanak Parkash will open all days of the week, however it will offer <br /> formal services only on the weekends- Friday, Saturday and Sunday. <br /> - Hours of operation: <br /> Open every day between 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM(but services only on Friday, Saturday and <br /> Sunday) <br /> Services: <br /> Friday ; 6:00 PM- 7:30 PM(approximate attendance 75-100 members) <br /> Saturday; 7:00 AM -1:00 PM (approximate attendance 100-125 members) <br /> Sunday; 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (approximate attendance 350-500 members) <br /> Other services: Four special events every year with attendance of approx. 700 members. Special <br /> Event permit will be obtained during special events <br /> Number of Vehicle trips <br /> As per the traffic study dated July 18, 2011, completed by TJKM Associates, weekday p.m. peak <br /> hour trips (between 5.00 to 6.00 p.m.)were counted as 12 inbound and 5 outbound. <br /> Weekend midday peak hour trips (between 12:15 to 1:15 pm), were counted as 66 inbound and <br /> 86 outbound <br /> Further as per the traffic study, if we apply percent increase to vehicle trips for extending permit <br /> from existing 170 to proposed 700 members, then weekday p.m peak hour trips comes out to be <br /> 50 inbound and 21 outbound. Whereas, weekend midday peak hour trips would be 272 inbound <br /> and 354 outbound <br />
