Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated June 4, 1999 incorporating the <br /> proposed expansion of the existing religious assembly facility shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. <br /> The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee <br /> of$610 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Submit a site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing sewage and well <br /> information that clearly delineates the proposed location(s) including the'single family <br /> residences: In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field must be used for <br /> that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines, as per ordinance <br /> requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)), <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 50%-100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement areas for both single family residences and the religious assembly facility. <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
