Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. An addendum to the soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated June 4, 1999 incorporating the proposed expansion of the existing religious assembly facility shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$610 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required. B. Submit a site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing sewage and well information that clearly delineates the proposed location(s) including the'single family residences: In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines, as per ordinance requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)), In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 50%-100% designed sewage disposal replacement areas for both single family residences and the religious assembly facility. C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6).
