The dedication shall be <br /> made on the parcel map or on the Certificate of Compliance if the parcel map is waived. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> Dedication to result in a 98-foot wide right-of-way from the existing centerline of <br /> Mountain House Parkway to the property line shall be required across the frontage of <br /> Parcels 1,2,3 and 4.
