MOUNTAIN HOUSE TENOIRA-SOUZA PROPERTY `.I Page 7 <br /> WKA No. 5475.03 <br /> January 6, 2006 <br /> direction in this area, the progress of the CVRWQCB determination in the pipeline investigation <br /> should be followed to determine any potential impacts to the subject property. <br /> In summary, a Phase 1 ESA Update was completed for the subject property, workscope items of <br /> which were performed in conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM Standard Practice <br /> E 1527-00. The work was completed for the Mountain House Teixeira-Souza Property in Tracy, <br /> California. WKA has made no exceptions to, or deletions from, the Standard Practice with respect <br /> to the selected ASTM workscope items completed during this update. This assessment has <br /> revealed no evidence of Recognized Environmental Conditions in connection with the subject <br /> property. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> The statements and conclusions in this updating report are based upon the scope of work <br /> described above and on observations made only on the date of the field reconnaissance of <br /> December 29, 2005. The work was performed using a degree of skill consistent with that of <br /> competent environmental consulting firms performing similar work in the area. WKA has <br /> attempted to obtain information regarding the property that is publicly available and practically <br /> reviewable, as described in the ASTM standard. Additional research, site clearing, or receipt of <br /> information regarding the subject property that was not disclosed or available to WKA during the <br /> assessment may result in revision of the conclusions. <br /> The conclusions in this report should be reevaluated if site conditions change. No <br /> recommendation is made as to the suitability of the subject property for any purpose. The results <br /> of WY-A's assessment do not preclude the possibility that materials currently or in the future <br /> defined as hazardous are present on the subject property, nor do the results of the work guarantee <br /> the potability of groundwater beneath the property. This report is applicable only to the <br /> investigated property and should not be used for any other property.
