CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> [as approved by the Board of Supervisors on , 2007] <br /> Major Subdivision PA-0600641 <br /> CGKL Kamilos Development, Inc. <br /> Specific Plan III NEIGHBORHOOD D <br /> (Tracts 3670 and 3671---Cassano Kamilos Homes) <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0600641--Tentative Map Tracts 3670 and <br /> 3671("Tentative Map") was approved by the Board of Supervisors on , 2007. The <br /> effective date of approval is , 2007. This Tentative Map approval will expire on ,which <br /> is ten (10) years from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to approval of the Final Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section <br /> Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. <br /> Ordinance requirements cannot be modified and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Bill Factor, 468-3152) <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1. Tentative Map Compliance: The Final Map(s)shall be in substantial compliance with the <br /> Tentative Map dated January 12, 2007, and all Conditions of Approval. <br /> a. The project shall comply with applicable policies of the Mountain House Master Plan, the <br /> Specific Plan for the subject project(i.e., the College Park at Mountain House Specific M <br /> Plan III document), the Special Purpose Plan for the project(i.e., the Cassano Kamilos <br /> Homes at College Park Special Purpose Plan) and all other applicable Community { <br /> Approvals. <br /> b. Minor modifications to street and lot configurations may be allowed by the Community <br /> Development Director without requiring a new subdivision map application or a revision to <br /> approved actions application. <br /> Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and any other Development Approvals subsequent to the <br /> Tentative Map. <br /> 2. Subsequent Approvals: All subsequent discretionary and ministerial approvals shall be <br /> subject to Design Consistency Review Committee review and shall be consistent with the <br /> conditions of approval for the Tentative Map. Final Maps shall be recorded containing the <br /> following note: <br /> "Ail subsequent discretionary and ministerial approvals within the boundaries of this subdivision } <br /> map shall be subject to Design Consistency Review Committee review and shall be consistent <br /> with the conditions of approval adopted for the Tentative Map for Tracts 3670 and 3671 in <br /> Neighborhood D." <br /> Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and prior to issuance of development permits. <br /> 3. Consistency: Final maps, improvement plans and all subsequent development and building <br /> applications within the boundaries of the Tentative Map shall be reviewed by the San Joaquin <br /> County Community Development Department and found consistent with-the approved Tentative <br />
