The company is headquartered in Modesto, California. <br /> Michael J. Kloberdanz is the founder of the company and is the Registered <br /> Environmental Assessor and Registered Environmental Health Specialist with over twenty years <br /> experience in environmental regulatory compliance. It was started as a sole proprietorship in <br /> 1995.
