DeHoyos <br /> You asked me yesterday if you could record "Parcel 2" as a <br /> designated remainder as was shown on the original tentative map. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed your request and has <br /> determined that you may record Parcel 2 as a designated remainder. <br /> However, Environmental Health condition No. 2 (e) , which refers to <br /> parcel #2 , will now apply to the designated remainder. Section <br /> 66424 . 6 (b) (1) of the Map Act allows the local agency to require <br /> fulfillment of construction requirements necessary for reasons of <br /> the public health and safety within a reasonable time following <br /> approval of the final map and prior to the issuance of a permit. <br /> Pursuant to the aforementioned section, condition #2 (e) shall be <br /> met prior to development on parcel No. 1.
