GENERAL PR( �ISIONS <br /> 1.1. Board of Supervisors. The governing legislative`body of the County. <br /> 1.1.4. C_--EQA. The California Environmental Quality Act(Section 21000 et seq.of <br /> the Public Resources Code), including State and local regulations adopted pursuant thereto. <br /> E <br /> 1.1.5. Community. The Mountain House Community,as defined in Recital F <br /> hereof and as shown generally on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A-3. The Mountain House <br /> Community consists of approximately four thousand seven hundred eighty-four(4,784) acres <br /> located at the southwestern edge of the County and northwest of the City of Tracy, as well as any <br /> off-site lands required by the MHCSD or the County to fulfill the requirements of the Master <br /> Plan. The Mountain House Community includes the Property and property owned by other <br /> I <br /> property owners. <br /> 1.1.6. Community Developers. Any Person, as defined in Section 1.1.39, <br />' including, but not limited to, any Developer and/or Recognized Assignee,owning legal or <br /> equitable title to any Property in the Community, and proposing to develop or build on any <br /> Property in the Community. <br /> 1.L7. Community Development Director. The Community Development Director <br /> of County or any authorized designee thereof or successor thereto. <br /> 1.1.8 Contractor(s). All persons, firms or corporations contracting with the <br /> Developer to perforin work or services on the Property, or In relation to development of the <br /> Property, including inspectors, subcontractors, design professionals and material suppliers. <br /> l.1.9. County.
