Other Governmental Entities. Other Jurisdiction. Jurisdictions outside of the Mountain House <br /> Community boundaries where the Developer is required to participate in roadway mitigation as <br /> defined in Table 3 of the Mountain House Transportation improvement Fee Technical Report, <br /> including Tracy, Contra Costa County and Alameda County. <br /> 1.1.37. Parties. County and Developer, and any subsequent Recognized Assignee <br /> as to its interest in the Property or portion thereof. <br /> 1.1.38: Party. Either County or Developer, or any Recognized Assignee as to its <br /> interest in the Property or portion thereof. <br /> 1.1.39. Permitted AssigqMent. A sale, assignment or transfer consented to by <br /> County pursuant to, or satisfying the other applicable requirements of, the provisions of Section <br /> 1.6.2. or 1.6.3. hereof. <br /> 1.1.40.
