III. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> 1. Hydrants shall not be placed in dead-end alleys (except where dead-end alleys serve <br /> residential driveways and/or multi-family residential complexes). <br /> 3. Fire department connections shall be placed within one hundred and fifty(150)feet of a fire <br /> hydrant. <br /> 4. All fire apparatus access roads public or private shall have a minimum unobstructed width of <br /> twenty (20)feet and a vertical clearance of thirteen (13)feet six(6) inches.
