KLEINFELDER <br /> 1 SUMMARY <br /> A Phase I Environmental Site Reconnaissance Update was conducted for Golden State <br /> Investments ll, LP for the property located at 20058 West Grant Line Road in Tracy, <br /> California (San Joaquin County). The subject site is approximately 13 acres and is <br /> located in an area of rural residentialn <br /> a d agricultural land use. <br /> The purpose of this site reconnaissance update is to compare current site conditions to <br /> �. <br /> those previously noted since our prior Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) <br /> titled "Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Limited Soil Sampling and Analysis, <br /> -= Approximately 13 Acres Adjacent and East of 20058 West Grant Line Rd. Tracy, <br /> California," dated June 1, 2005 (File No. 55568-P01). This site reconnaissance update <br /> was requested by Mr. Paul Radich of Golden State Investments II, LP. <br /> According to the original ESA conducted by Kleinfelder, the subject site included a <br /> building area with a residence, barn, and shed in the northwestern corner of the site. <br /> Additional onsite features noted during the updated site reconnaissance included at <br /> least five trailers, multiple debris piles, and large trucks. In summary, Kleinfelder's <br /> assessment revealed the following environmental conditions that may have affected the <br /> subject site. <br /> • Kleinfelder finds former conclusions and recommendations noted in the former <br /> ESA still relevant to the subject site (See Section'1:7). <br /> • A septic system and associated leach field was located south of the residence <br /> on the site. <br /> i • A pole-mounted transformer (PMT) was located on the site north of the <br /> residence. <br /> Eli • Five soil stains were located north and west of the barn area. <br /> An automotive battery was located west of the residence. <br /> F, <br /> • Two burn areas were located on the site. <br /> • One abandoned truck was located on the site north of the residence. <br /> • Two large trucks were located south of the barn on the site. <br /> For additional details and findings please refer to Section 6. This report is subject to <br /> the limitations in Chapter 2.
