ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> An evaluation of business environmental risk associated with thep arse) s was not <br /> included in Kleinfelder's scope of work. The Site Reconnaissance Update does not <br /> incorporate non-scope considerations, such as (but not limited to) asbestos-containing <br /> materials, radon, lead-containing paint, lead in drinking water, regulatory compliance, <br /> I"f cultural and historic resources, industrial hygiene, health and safety, indoor air quality, <br /> and high voltage power fines. <br /> 2.4. SIGNIFICANT ASSUMPTIONS <br /> The subject property is hereafter referred to as the "site." <br /> 2.5. LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS <br /> t <br /> Phase I ESAs are non-comprehensive by nature and are unlikely to identify all <br /> environmental problems or eliminate all risk. This report is a qualitative assessment. <br /> Kleinfelder offers a range of investigative and engineer 6g services to suit the needs of <br /> our clients, including more quantitative investigations.�' Although risk can never be <br /> eliminated, more detailed and extensive investigations,yield more information, which <br /> may help you understand and better manage your risks. Since such detailed services <br /> involve greater expense, we ask our clients to participate in identifying the level of <br /> service, which will provide them with an acceptable level of risk.
