ADDITIONAL AGENCY ENVIRONMENTAL RECORDS <br /> i <br /> Local regulatory agencies were contacted for reasonably ascertainable and practically reviewable <br /> documentation regarding recognized environmental conditions present at the subject site and <br /> adjacent facilities. Interviews with local regulatory agency representatives are included in <br /> Chapter 7.0 of this report and copies of the documentation obtained by Kleinfelder is included in <br /> Appendix D of this report. The following agencies were contacted for documentation. <br /> } • San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJC/EHD) was contacted on <br /> �. March 29, 2005 for information regarding leaking underground storage tanks and hazardous <br /> f , materials and/or petroleum product incidents. According to Kim (clerk), there were no files <br /> available for the subject site. <br /> • San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioners Office (SJCACO) was contacted April <br /> 18, 2005 for information regarding pesticide use for the site. According to the SJCACO, no <br /> permit applications or use reports were available for the subject site. <br /> U • The Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC) was contacted on March 29, 2005 for <br /> information regarding hazardous materials and petroleum product incidents for the site. <br />�I According to a letter received from Ms. Bobbi Jensen, no such records exist. <br /> l <br /> • California State Fire Marshal Pipeline Safety Office (CSFMPSO) was contacted on March <br /> 29, 2005 regarding pipelines within the area of the subject site. According to Ms. Lisa <br /> Dowdy, there is one pipeline under CSFMPSO jurisdiction located on or around the site. The <br /> pipeline is listed as an 1S and 20-inch crude oil line operated by Chevron. <br /> FIR <br /> • State Water Resource Control Board SWRCB was contacted March 29 2005 for <br /> information regarding HIST UST permits. At the time of report preparation Kleinfelder had <br /> not received information from this source.
