HOUSE,AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED MAP(EX0131T A). WHEREAS,on November 16,2006,the San Joaquin County Planning Commission' considered this matter; and WHEREAS, on December 1'2 2006, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of said hearing having been given in accordance with law,and oral and documentary evidence having been'received in favor of or opposed to said matter,and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises;and WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors found that an Environmental Checklist("Checklist") k was prepared for the project(included in Altamont Heights Project Staff Report Appendix 8).The Checklist concluded that:-1)the project is a subsequent activity that is within the scope of the Specific Plan III EIR(SPIIIEIR);2)there are no effects of the project that were not examined in the SPIIIEIR;3)and no new mitigation is required for'the project.Consequently,as provided by CEOA Guidelines Section 15168(c), no new environmental document is required-, and WHEREAS,this Board of Supervisors determined that said Specific Plan Ill Amendment is consistent with the General Plan,the Master Plan, the Public Financing Plan and will not adversely affect the Jobs/Housing Program and housing affordability and meets all applicable provisions of the Mountain House Development Agreement,based on the Bases for Specific Plan Amendment contained in the Mountain House Business Park Project staff report; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of E San Joaquin,State of California,do ordain as follows: Section 1_ The Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin,as amended,is hereby further amended by replacing the P-F zone with the R-L zone and moving the road from the C-O zone area to the I-P zone area within Specific Plan Ili,as shown on Exhibit"A"which is attached to, ` and made a part of, this Ordinance. I Section 2. The Director of the Community Development Department shall revise the Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. ll take effect and be in force thirty Section 3. This Ordinance sha a e e e y(30)days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)days from the passage thereof, shall be published once(1)in The Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors i voting for and against the same.
