MHCSD. The Mountain House Community Services District, or similar <br /> community services or financing district, established by the County to administer and provide to <br /> the Community certain urban services and infrastructure necessary for the development of the <br /> Community as set forth in the Existing Approvals. <br /> 1.1.30. Master Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement also referred to as the <br /> Golden State investments 11 LP Master Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement. The <br /> agreement to be entered into between the Developer and MHCSD to provide for Infrastructure <br /> and urban services consistent with and in implementation of the PSA Agreement, the Public <br /> Financing Plan and Master Plan as set forth in Section 3.1.1 hereof. <br /> 1.1.31. Master Plan.
