i � <br /> Before the Board of Supervisors <br /> ! County of San Joaquin, State of California <br /> R- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. PA-0600363 <br /> OFGOLDEN STATE INVESTMENTS II, LP. <br /> WHEREAS, on November 16, 2006 the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0600363; and <br /> WHEREAS, on , 2006, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public <br /> hearing on Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0600363 and notices of which hearings were <br /> given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor <br /> of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors found that an Environmental Checklist("Checklist') <br /> contained in the Altamont Heights Project staff report was prepared for the project.The Checklist <br /> concluded that: 1)the project is a subsequent activity that is within the scope of the Specific Plan III <br /> EIR(SPIIIEIR); 2)there are no effects of the project that were not examined in the SPIIIEIR; 3)and <br /> 4 no new mitigation is required for the project, Consequently, as provided by CEQA Guidelines <br /> Section 15168(c), no new environmental document is required <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors has determined that Major Subdivision Application <br /> No. PA-0600363 does not adversely affect the Mountain House Public Financing Plan, and meets <br /> all applicable provisions of the Development Agreement, based on the Findings for Major <br /> Subdivision Application No. PA-0600363 contained in the Altamont Heights Project staff report; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that Major <br /> Subdivision Application No. PA-0600363 is hereby approved, with the findings and conditions of <br /> approval attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and Exhibit"B" respectively and made a part of this <br /> Resolution.
