EXHIBIT B <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> [as approved by the Board of Supervisors on , 2006] <br /> Major Subdivision PA-0600363 <br /> F1 Golden State Investments II, LP <br /> F` Specific Plan III NEIGHBORHOOD AIB <br /> 1] (Tract 3646—Altamont Heights) <br /> F1Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0600363---Tentative Map Tract 3646 was approved by <br /> the Board of Supervisors on ,2006,which is also the effective date of approval. This <br /> Tentative Map approval will expire on ,which is ten (10)years from the effective date of <br /> �'j approval, unless (1)all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Final Map <br /> F _j has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to approval of the Final Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section <br /> Number have been Identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. <br /> F, Ordinance requirements cannot be modified and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> R' I. The project shall comply with applicable policies of the Mountain House Master Plan and <br /> all other applicable Community Approvals. <br /> b. Minor modifications to street and lot configurations may be allowed by the Community <br /> Development Director without requiring a new subdivision map application or a revision to <br /> approved actions application. <br /> c. The project shall comply with College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III <br /> Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and any other Development Approvals subsequent to the <br /> Tentative Map. <br /> P , 2. Subsequent Approvals: All subsequent discretionary and ministerial approvals shall be <br /> subject to Design Consistency Review and shall be consistent with the conditions of approval <br /> for the Tentative Map.
