<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the county line between Alameda and San Joaquin Counties(as it
<br /> Exists prior to 1973)and the South line of the South 112 of Section 17,Township.2 South, Range 4
<br /> East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian; thence North 000 20'West along said county line, 772 feet to a
<br /> point; thence South 89°25' East and parallel to the South line of said Southeast one-quarter, 790 feet to
<br /> a point; thence South 000 20 East and parallel with said county line, 772 feet to a point in the South line of
<br /> said Southeast one-quarter, thence North 89° 25'West along said South line, 790 feet to the point of
