Before the Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California <br /> B- <br /> �- MOTION: <br /> ALTAMONT HEIGHTS PROJECT <br /> THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS does hereby: <br /> 1. Find that an Environmental Checklist ("Checklist")was prepared for Master Plan <br /> Amendment PA-0600364, Specific Plan III Amendment PA-0600365, Major <br /> Subdivision Application No. PA-0600363 and Development Agreement Application <br /> PA-0600433. ("Altamont Heights Project' or"project"); and <br /> 2. Find that the Checklist, attached hereto and made a part of this Board Order as <br /> Attachment A, found that: 1) the project is a subsequent activity that is within the <br /> scope of the Specific Plan III Environmental Impact Report ("SPIIIEIR"); 2) there are <br /> no effects that were not examined in the SPIIIEIR; and 3) no new mitigation is <br /> required. Consequently, as provided by CEQA Guidelines Section 15168 (c), no new <br /> environmental document is required. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above order was passed and adopted on this day of <br /> 2006 by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to Wit: <br /> AYES: <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSTAIN: <br /> w LOIS M.
