The site is <br /> in the Mountain House Community that is located between the historic Miwok and Ohlone <br /> F1 Indian area to the north and west and the Northern Yokut Indian area to the east and south. <br /> With the secularization of the missions in 1833,much of California was divided into private <br /> ranchos. Cattle ranching, orchards and other agricultural uses were common in the region <br /> around the property. <br /> SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS IDENTIFIED IN 2005 SPIIIEIR <br /> Three potential cultural resource impacts were identified in the SPIIIEIR. The impact <br /> regarding the potential for the destruction of the historic trees along Grant Line Road was <br /> found to be less than significant due to commitments made by developers of the Mountain <br /> House Community to replace the trees when the road is widened and to provide other <br /> amenities along the road. <br /> fr <br /> The following impacts were identified as potentially significant or significant: <br /> Impact 4. -2:Cultural Resources—Potential Destruction/Dams a to Undiscovered Cultural <br /> p � 9 <br /> Resources.
