EVvIROIWENTAL CHECKLIST <br /> 4.3 AIR QUALITY <br /> Mitigation Measures <br /> There are no additional mitigation measures that would change the conclusions of the <br /> SPII1MR, and these impacts would retrain as significant and unavoidable. <br /> d) Expose sensitive receptors to substantial pollutant concentrations? <br /> The 59 dwelling units in the proposed project would house approximately 170 residents who <br /> would be exposed to substantial pollutant concentrations. In addition, depending on the <br /> sequence of construction of the various development projects in the Specific Plan III area, <br /> residents of the proposed project could be subjected to temporary dust and diesel fuel <br /> emissions associated with construction activities. The resulting impacts would remain as <br /> significant and unavoidable. <br /> Mitigation Measures <br /> There are no additional mitigation measures that would change the conclusions of the <br /> SPIIIEIR, and these impacts would remain as significant and unavoidable. <br /> e) Create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number of people? <br /> The proposed project consists entirely of residential development. Therefore, it would not <br /> include any facilities known by the SJVAPCD to create objectionable odors.
