MITIGATION MEASURES IDENTIFIED IN 2005 SPIIIEIR Mitigation Measure 4.10-2 requires Specific Plan III developers to pay impact fees to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan (SJMSCP) and presents specific measures that should be taken if certain.special-status plant species are encountered at the project site. Implementation of this mitigation measure would reduce the impact to special-status plant habitat to a less-than-significant Level. Mitigation Measure 4.10-5 requires Specific Plan III developers to pay impact fees to the SJMSCP and presents specific actions that should be taken if burrowing owl habitat is found at or adjacent to the project site. Implementation of this mitigation measure would reduce the impact on burrowing owl habitat to a less-than-significant level. Mitigation Measure 4.10-6 requires Specific Plan III developers to pay impact fees to the SJMSCP and presents specific avoidance and minimization measures that should be taken if suitable raptor nesting habitats are present at or adjacent to the project site.
